You DON'T need to attempt the payment AGAIN since your bank has already alerted you of the transaction. Just visit the "Payment History" section of your portal account and select the "Interswitch Web Pay" payment method, copy the generated "Transaction Reference" and send alongside your Matric Number, Name, Payment Date and last four (4) digit of the numbers on your ATM Card to portal.support@ekounimed.edu.ng
Well, it is better to avoid this as much as possible by paying close attention to your Portal Account balance after every transaction attempt, to see if it has been credited before hurrying to complete another transaction. However if it happens, please send your Matric or UTME/DE Registration Number, Name, Programme, Transaction Reference, Payment Reference, Payment Date and Amount Paid in an email to portal.support@ekounimed.edu.ng
